Danielle + Douglas | Central Park Conservatory Garden Engagement Photographer

Danielle & Douglas are the type of couple that can't help but make you laugh. Everything is fun, everything is silly, and everything is so incredibly sweet. From the way Douglas completely envelops Danielle in his arms to the "Foreveree" necklace custom-made with his hand-writing to encapsulate their endearing term that means "longer than forever", it's clear that he adores her. And watching the way they spontaneously break into swing dancing leans, dips & twirls it's no guess that she's the only one who makes him smile quite that big.

The perfect backdrop for their love, we wound our way through Central Park Conservatory Garden, a beautiful blend of French and English flora design complete with The Secret Garden sculpture, allées of crabapple trees, tiered hedges, a blooming wisteria pergola and the magnificent 19th century Vanderbilt Gate. Chasing that gorgeous golden afternoon sun, we looked on in wonder as raccoons dropped flower petals on our hair from the pergola above and we hopped from sun-drenched bench to sun-drenched bench as a playful nod to the very place Douglas proposed.
