Last Friday I had the pleasure of joining two local wedding professionals, Loren Michelle, owner of catering company Naturally Delicious, and Michelle Friedman, owner of Olam Weddings, as we talked about our latest collaboration on a styled shoot (images coming soon!) and all things wedding biz. With a cool breeze and temperatures peaking in the mid 70's, it was the perfect morning to enjoy our conversation over coffee and treats in the back garden of Naturally Delicious's charming Brooklyn location in Carroll Gardens.
After an hour of circulating countless inspirations, ideas, and plans for future projects, I couldn't help but embark on a mini impromptu photo shoot around the Naturally Delicious grounds... working my way out the door from the back garden... through the adorable meeting/work station where one of the bakers was packaging up treats for delivery that afternoon... by way of the open kitchen where a dozen hands were hard at work mixing, flipping, stirring, pouring, and slicing... and out the front door, passing the darling window display crafted by local flower artisan Kerry Quade.
